Tour Condition

1. Reservations

All reservations should be made through our head office in Myanmar.

2. Tour Prices

All tour prices are quoted net in US dollars Tour prices do not include airport departure tax, meals not listed in the tour itinerary, optional tours and personal spending expense. 

3. Payment Procedure

Deposit payment of 25 % of the tour price must be made on acceptance of the quotation and confirmation. The remaining payment must be settled 10 days prior to the arrival of the clients by bank remittance to :

4. Cancellation

Cancellation charges are calculated on the day written notice is received Cancellation charges are as follows:

30 ~ 15	days prior to arrival	:	10% on Tour price
14 ~ 3	days prior to arrival	:	20% on Tour price
2 ~ 1	days prior to arrival	:	30% on Tour price
Arrival day		:	50% on Tour price
No Show		:	100%

5. Complimentary

Every 16th member of a group will be given a complimentary, subject to a maximum limit of 4 members.

6. Refund

After commencement of travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the tour programs.

7. Airport Tax

Any passenger departing Myanmar on international flights must pay a departure tax of US $10 per person

8. Insurance 

We recommend all clients to obtain the necessary personal baggage, medical and accident insurance before arrival.

9. Domestic Flights, Accommodation & Meals 

Please note that SM Tours & Transport Co., Ltd reserves the right to substitute the hotel, restaurant, and domestic flight of similar standard should the situation require it. Please also note that first class accommodation may not always be available in some Myanmar destinations. We will always arrange the best accommodation available

10. Liability

SM Tours & Transport Co., Ltd. acts only as the agent for the clients, providing hotels, airlines, transport or other services. Therefore we have no liabilities for any loss, injury, damage, accident which may be caused including those outside the touring programs. Additional expenses due to delay, accident, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be borne by the clients. Programs, prices and service conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without prior notice or during the tour Participation in our tour implies the tourist's agreement to the above conditions.
