All reservations should be made through our head office in Myanmar.

2. Tour Prices

All tour prices are quoted net in US dollars Tour prices do not include airport departure tax, meals not listed in the tour itinerary, optional tours and personal spending expense.

3. Payment Procedure

Deposit payment of 25 % of the tour price must be made on acceptance of the quotation and confirmation. The remaining payment must be settled 45 days prior to the arrival of the clients by bank remittance to :

• We will update the payment details (Invoice) & bank account detailsor online payment link to you by email once we have received your reservation.
• SM Tours & Transport is not responsible for any extra costs incurred by bank transfers.

Otherwise you can pay with credit cards [Visa & Master Cards only] by adding 5% surcharge for bank charges. The detail procedures will be followed up upon booking and chosen method of payment.

4. Cancellation

We do not charge any cancellation &amendment fees on its side. If it occurs, it is going to deal with the hotels, flights, River Cruise, etc. and the cancellation& amendment fees would be followed up according to their cancellation& amendment policy of the hotels, flights, River Cruise, train, etc.

5. Refund

After commencement of travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the tour programs.

6. Airport Tax

Any passenger departing Myanmar on international flights must pay a departure tax of US $10 per person

7. Insurance

We recommend all clients to obtain the necessary personal baggage, medical and accident insurance before arrival.

8. Domestic Flights, Accommodation & Meals

Please note that SM Tours & Transport Co., Ltd reserves the right to substitute the hotel, restaurant, and domestic flight of similar standard should the situation require it. Please also note that first class accommodation may not always be available in some Myanmar destinations. We will always arrange the best accommodation available

9. Child Policy

Child Policy by hotels can be variablefrom one to another and we will keep you informed case by case basis.

10. Liability

SM Tours & Transport Co., Ltd. acts only as the agent for the clients, providing hotels, airlines, transport or other services. Therefore we have no liabilities for any loss, injury, damage, accident which may be caused including those outside the touring programs. Additional expenses due to delay, accident, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be borne by the clients. Programs, prices and service conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without prior notice or during the tour Participation in our tour implies the tourist's agreement to the above conditions.
